- Use your tracking number — Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view real-time updates from the carrier.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note: Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't received a tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are sent once your order has been picked, packed, and handed to the carrier. If it has been more than 3 business days since your order was placed and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us.
My tracking shows no updates. Is that normal?
Yes — it can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package is scanned by the carrier. If there are no updates after 48 hours, please reach out to our support team.
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
Please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, or at a building reception. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.
