Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Shipping Times

Because we operate through trusted global suppliers, delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 5–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–18 business days

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, customs clearance, and local postal delays.


Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders
  • International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by destination

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country.

Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or reshipped at our expense.

Pre-Orders & Multiple Items
