Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
Shipping Times
Because we operate through trusted global suppliers, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Europe: 5–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
- Rest of World: 7–18 business days
Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, customs clearance, and local postal delays.
Shipping Costs
- United States: Free shipping on all orders
- International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by destination
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or reshipped at our expense.

Pre-Orders & Multiple Items
- If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the supplier and availability.
- Pre-ordered or backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
